• We're hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support a major European mobile services brand. You'll handle a mix of technical questions, billing queries, and product complaints, while keeping service quality high and spotting opportunities to cross-sell where it genuinely helps the customer.
• What you'll do
• Deliver professional customer support via inbound channels (technical + billing + general enquiries)
• Log every interaction accurately and manage complaints end-to-end, collecting the right details and ensuring a timely resolution
• Escalate any consumer safety / regulatory concerns through the correct internal channels
• Follow strict quality standards, GDPR, consumer safety rules, and internal processes
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and represent the brand confidently as a customer-first ambassador
• Include sales and cross-sell options in each interaction (where relevant) and contribute to performance targets
• Share recurring customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement
• What you'll need
• German C1 (spoken and written)
• English B2
• Customer service mindset: calm under pressure, clear communicator, solution-focused
• Comfortable handling technical and billing conversations
• Strong attention to detail (documentation + compliance)

• Variable compensation
• Performance bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months (KPI-based)
• Sales bonus: uncapped, average €200/month
