• We're hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors (Healthcare tech) in Porto, Portugal to support patients across Europe for a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology.
• You'll mix empathetic customer care with tech troubleshooting - helping people feel confident using medical devices that can genuinely change daily life.
• Pay (gross)
• €1,100/month salary (paid in 14 payments)
• €300/month project bonus
• €1,500 sign-on bonus (paid in 12 instalments)
• Total monthly gross: €1,525

• Tech support / customer service (Healthcare tech)
• German (written + spoken) + English (C1)
• Schedule
• Monday to Sunday - 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off
• Occasional night cover may be required (22:00-07:00)
• Relocation (outside Portugal)
• Shared apartment room up to 12 months
• €280/month (bills included), deducted from payslip
