• In this role, you'll be leading a customer support team on an exciting electric vehicle project for a fast-growing, innovation-led brand shaping the future of mobility.
• The Role: What you'll do
• As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving performance, quality, and coaching across your team. Your day-to-day will include:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create improvement plans
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and support
• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the client's business plan
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and take action where needed
• Identify training needs and organise coaching/training sessions
• Prepare reports on performance, mission-critical incidents, and customer feedback
• What we're looking for
• Proficient/bilingual in Danish and Chinese, plus fluent English
• 3+ years' customer service team management experience (automotive industry experience required)
• Strong commercial awareness and business knowledge
• Strong IT knowledge and customer care standards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Comfortable implementing and managing change

• Salary: €22,200 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year bonus

• Danish: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in the EU or able to obtain the right to work

€1,833 gross/month
