• We're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Thessaloniki, Greece, supporting customers of a globally recognised cybersecurity brand.

• =» What will you be doing?
• You'll support customers using products from a leading global cybersecurity provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• " Helping customers via phone, email and chat
• " Answering account and subscription queries
• " Supporting customer retention enquiries
• " Providing friendly, accurate and professional customer service
• " Escalating more technical issues when necessary
• " Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
• =K Who are we looking for?
• <ó<ñ Dutch - C1/C2
• <ì<ç English - B2+
• You'll need strong communication skills, a positive and helpful approach and the confidence to work with customers in a busy international environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training is provided.
• <ì<÷ Already living in Greece?
• Candidates currently resident in Greece will need an AFM (Greek Tax Number) and AMKA (Greek Social Security Number).
• If you're relocating internationally, you don't need these before you arrive - support will be provided as part of the relocation process.

• Dutch: C1 / C2 or native level

• Eligible to work in the EU or able to obtain the right to work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
