• €1,300 gross/month
• 14 salary payments per year
• Relocation support available for:
• Internal relocation within Greece
• International relocation to Greece (1 way flight/ 2 weeks accommodation/350E house deposit reimbursement)
• Working Hours (Shift Pattern)
• Monday to Sunday
• 09:00 - 22:00
• Rotational shift schedule
• Language Requirements
• Dutch: fluent (C1/C2)
• English: B2 minimum
• The Role
• As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for users, delivering a premium support experience.
• What you'll be doing:
• Supporting customers via live channels (phone/email/chat depending on business needs)
• Helping with account access, subscription queries, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Explaining app features clearly and confidently
• Escalating complex issues correctly and keeping customers updated
• Logging cases accurately and working to quality/KPI standards

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts across Mon-Sun, 09:00-22:00
