• You'll be supporting customers of a well-known international consumer brand, helping them with their everyday questions and queries.
• No hard selling. No complicated technical support.
• It's all about delivering a great customer experience. =›
• You'll be:
• =€ Answering customer queries
• = Finding solutions when something isn't quite right
• =ñ Providing clear and friendly information
• =
• Making sure customers feel listened to and supported
• >" Working as part of a diverse, international team
• =@ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You don't need to have spent years working in a contact centre.
• We're much more interested in your communication skills, attitude and ability to connect with people.
• You'll need:
• <ó<ñ Fluent Dutch
• =ã Good English communication skills
• ( A friendly, positive personality
• >à Good problem-solving skills
• =» Confidence using computers and different systems
• =L A genuine desire to help people
• ð Flexibility to work rotational shifts
• Customer service, retail, hospitality or contact-centre experience would be useful - but don't rule yourself out if you're looking to take your first step into an international customer service career.

• Dutch: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in the EU or able to obtain the right to work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Dutch and English

€1,450 gross/month
