Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors

• Danish customer service role in Larnaca, Cyprus (on-site) on a software & communication support project.
• Salary: €1,350 gross (increases to €1,400 after 6 months)
• Bonus: uncapped (paid per case)
• Relocation support available (EU citizens):
• Option 1: €1,500 relocation payment (paid 2-3 weeks after start)
• Option 2: Flight reimbursement (up to €300) + accommodation option (up to 2 months)
• Full training provided
• Calls, Emails and Chat support
• Start date: 5th October
• Operating hours: Monday-Sunday (9:00-21:00), rotational shifts

• Danish: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in the EU or able to obtain the right to work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
