• You'll be helping gamers resolve their queries and get back to doing what they love.
• Working entirely through written/email support, you'll:
• =ç Respond to gamer queries - 100% email based

• Investigate account, technical and transaction issues
• =¡ Provide clear and accurate solutions
• <® Help create a smooth experience for players
• >" Work alongside an international support team
• Follow brand policies and quality standards

• <è<ÿ What do you need?
• Czech - C2/native-level written skills
• English - minimum B2
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Confidence managing and prioritising multiple cases
• An interest in gaming and online communities
