Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors

• We're hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a global gaming console & online services brand - based on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
• The role (on-site, Larnaca)
• You'll support customers across phone, email, and live chat, focusing on:
• Account access support (password resets, login issues)
• Payments & billing queries (including payment processing)
• Console / network-related troubleshooting
• Escalating complex cases when needed
• What you'll get
• Salary: €1,350 gross/month (increases to €1,400 after 6 months)
• Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (average €250-€300/month)
• Contract: 2-year contract (possibility of indefinite afterwards)
• Probation: 6 months
• Hours: 40/week, rotational shifts
• Operating hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-19:30
• Training: 5 weeks (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:45)
• Payment: Monthly
• Relocation support (EU citizens)
• Choose one option:
• €1,500 relocation package paid 2-3 weeks after start (you arrange flight + accommodation)
• Flight reimbursement up to €300 + accommodation option for up to 2 months
• Month 1 free, Month 2 €100
• If you stay only Month 1, you receive a €300 refund (terms apply)
• Requirements
• Dutch C2 + English B2
• EU citizenship (or already eligible to work in Cyprus)
• Customer support/tech support experience preferred, not required

• Dutch: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in the EU or able to obtain the right to work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
