• Salary: €1,700 gross per month x 14 salaries per year

• What you'll be doing
• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals / products / services (with upsell opportunities where relevant)
• Own a dedicated territory of established clients
• Provide accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customers
• Assess client needs and requirements and align the right solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding after purchase and drive adoption + usage
• Use data to identify risk and adoption opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns and remove roadblocks impacting satisfaction or product usage
• Handle objections and competitive pressure to retain customers (and win new ones)
• Manage a high volume of daily customer contacts (phone + email - mostly outbound)
