• What you'll be doing
• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals / products / services (with upsell opportunities where relevant)
• Own a dedicated territory of established clients
• Provide accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customers
• Assess client needs and requirements and align the right solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding after purchase and drive adoption + usage
• Use data to identify risk and adoption opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns and remove roadblocks impacting satisfaction or product usage
• Handle objections and competitive pressure to retain customers (and win new ones)
• Manage a high volume of daily customer contacts (phone + email - mostly outbound)

• The package
• Salary: €1,350/month gross x 14 salaries per year
• Project bonus: €100/month gross
• Performance bonus: €250/month gross (fixed, no revenue target for first 3 months, paid quarterly)
• Meal card: €3/working day (first 12 months), then €6/working day after

• German: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
