• Want a role where your judgement genuinely matters? We're hiring Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to support a major social media platform's e-commerce environment (project confidential) in Lisbon.
• You'll help keep the platform safe, compliant, and high-quality - reviewing content against policy and legal standards, using strong local-market understanding and clear, rational decision-making.
• Salary & bonus
• €1,100 per month (14 payments per year)
• €100 performance bonus per month
• - Welcome Bonus - 2000€
• This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• The role
• As a Content Moderator, you will help guarantee product and service standards across the e-commerce platform. Your work will focus on quality control, policy/legal compliance, and content safety - ensuring decisions are consistent, accurate, and aligned with guidelines.
• Key responsibilities
• Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and service standards
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards
• Ensure policy / legal compliance and the safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Stay flexible with policy updates and shifting schedules while following standard operating procedures
• Escalate issues in line with internal procedures when required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and rational decision-making
• Good understanding of the local market, language, and cultural nuances
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content ecosystems
• Ability to manage high workloads and adapt to peak volumes during promotional/seasonal campaigns
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Resilience and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgement, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive content professionally
• Customer-focused mindset and empathy while maintaining objectivity when applying policies
• Working hours
• 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
• Days off: 2 rotational days
