- The role
- If you're an experienced content moderator who knows social media policy inside out and you're based in Dublin (or ready to relocate), this is a high-impact opportunity to help keep people safe online.
- You'll review complex, high-risk moderation decisions, spot trends and gaps, and raise the quality bar across the team. This is a critical thinking role: you won't just check decisions - you'll evaluate judgement calls and ensure policy is applied with precision, consistency, and fairness.
- What you'll do (day to day)
- Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows
- Audit cases involving sensitive content, including:
- Hate speech
- Violent threats
- Self-harm
- Sexual content
- Fraud and impersonation
- Exploitation
- Dangerous organisations
- Review escalated and high-risk cases, assessing whether policy has been applied accurately and consistently
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to moderators to improve accuracy and policy alignment
- Identify error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities
- Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent decision-making across teams
- Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Turkish market when making nuanced decisions
- Partner with operations and policy stakeholders to maintain high quality standards
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment
- What we're looking for
- Must-have
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English (B1 level)
- Strong policy interpretation skills and sound decision-making
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content
- Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback

- 40 hours per week
- Working days: Monday to Sunday (shift-based)
- Working hours: 08:00-19:00
- 4 weeks onsite training
- No leave permitted in the first 8 weeks
- Fully office-based in Dublin City Centre
