• Location: Fully onsite in Dublin City Centre (no remote option currently available)
• Salary: €42,667 per annum
• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully flexible Monday to Sunday between 08:00 - 19:00
• Training: 4 weeks onsite in Dublin

• Key Responsibilities
• You will support quality review processes across a range of client workflows managed by the Global Operations team, including but not limited to:
• Content Moderation
• Content may involve reviewing material related to:
• Organising or threatening violence
• Promotion of self-harm
• Theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or restricted goods
• Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
• Hate speech and bullying
• Phishing, spam, and malware
• Child exploitation
• Nudity and pornography
• Sexual solicitation
• Additional categories as required
• Additional Workflow Areas
• ID Review and Authenticity / Access Flows
• Escalations management
• The role also supports specialised operations and Global Risk Operations (GRO), with focus areas including:
• HERO (viral and meme content)
• DOI (Dangerous Organisations)
• A strong understanding of cultural and political context within the supported market is essential, ensuring nuanced policy decisions are applied in line with abuse prevention standards and internal training guidelines.
